Shipping/delivery costs: €4.95
Free shipping from €100 in the Netherlands.
Free shipping from €150 in Belgium.
The order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Mon-Sat) Excluding holidays, special days and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped in one go if all items are in stock. Please note that prepayment by bank transfer requires 1 to 2 days extra processing time before the order can be shipped
If the addressee is not present, the order will be offered to the neighbours. The addressee receives a notification stating the house number to which the order has been delivered. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible or is not desired, please let us know. If delivery is ultimately not possible, the addressee can pick up the shipment at the Post Office within 1 week.
Abroad within the EU
If you live abroad, you can also order via our website. The payment methods are then via Bank Transfer or PayPal or Sofort banking. Money transfer is done via BIC and IBAN codes. For orders outside the EU, please contact us by email: [email protected]
After delivery of the product you ordered, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days within which you can return the product. Certain conditions apply to returns.
Exchange for something else or a different size.
Order the item again in the webshop.
We will then send it to you.
However, it is necessary to charge shipping costs for sending an order again. This is € 4.95 per shipment in the Netherlands. The costs for sending abroad are from €8.95.
You return the item(s) and receive the amount paid back on your account. Note: When returning part of the order, we do not refund any costs. The money will be refunded within 14 working days. The costs for returning the return package are for your own account.
Swimwear, Underwear, Earrings, Tights and Face Masks cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. You can register your return via My Account. We can then process it faster.
